Form 5695 Cpy 2 Error

Just got back to working on our taxes for form 5695.  Nothing I entered said we had 2 homes, but I cannot get by an error that has a copy 2 of form 5695 with just my wife's name and SSN.  Why is that second form getting flagged when the form as filled out is in both of our names?  There is no way for me to delete this copy 2 form as the only form on my return has us as joint filers.  I tried deleting the form 5695 and starting over and get the same result.

I'm having the same issue.  It says it wants an address filled out but it won't let me fill the address out.  So i can't submit my state taxes without it.

TurboTax is aware of this error and working with Developers to correct it.  Please come back to file after March 2, 2024 to e-file your return.

Exact same problem.  Will not allow me to submit my taxes because of error on Copy 2 of Form 5695.  It requires my address but will not allow an entry to be put in the red highlighted area.  I've tried going directly to forms, and any other work-around I could think of and no luck.    I get a "Check This Entry"  Form 5695 Cpy2: Zip must be entered" but it will not allow anything to be entered.  Very frustrating.

That’s what happened to me. I was online with a couple of support personnel on Saturday and they saw the issues first hand. Supposed to be a fix by end of the week.
