2210 has an error where it claims the sum of the 4 withholding quarterly columns does not equal the sum entered elsewhere. NOT SO. TTAX cannot add.

What line is the sum?  Are you looking at the 4 columns on page 3 Schedule AI?  Check the column headings.  Those aren't quarterly amounts.  They all start with Jan 1.  They are cumulative.  They don't add to anything.  The last column is the Total for the whole year.
