Form 2210 Line 11

My form 2210 isn't including my estimated tax payments on line 11. All it includes are equal amounts totaling actual tax withholding. Is this expected? The instructions indicate otherwise.

did you enter the estimated tax payments (Deductions & Credits / Estimates and Other Taxes Paid)? are they on your 1040 Line 26?
