FORM 2210 is multiplying Line D INCORRECTLY by 3 instead of 4. Is anyone else seeing this TURBO TAX SOFTWARE ERROR?

Where?  What part and line #?  Don't see a line D but a column (d).

Here is the statement in the Turbo Tax,

"Check This Entry Form 2210: Line D Withholding.

The sum of the four columns is not equal to your total withholding of $XXXX for Line D Withholding $ XXX."\

The crazy making part is that only 3 time periods are entered, not 4.  I think this is an internal TurboTax software math and coding error. How do I get their attention to resolve this?  I have a support ID 1512482377. I called and spoke to Scott, who said he would elevate to his supervisor. NO REPLY from TT.
