Form 1310 claiming a refund for a deceased person

No, an executrix of an estate is not required to file Form 1310 to claim a refund for a decedent.  Form 1310, click here for the instructions, must be complete for someone to receive a decedents refund, except for: a surviving spouse or personal representative, which includes an executor or administer of an estate.
