Form 1116 error saying I need to leave line 33 blank

I am filing and received 28 or so dollars of foreign income from investments. I filled out form 1116. I keep getting an error that says I need to leave line 33 Blank. It IS blank but wont let me file. Any help out there?

if your Foreign Tax paid is $300 or less, you don not need to fill out form 1116.

how to remove the form 1116 ? Do you just re-enter it again ?

That doesn't help in Turbo Tax as Turbo Tax is rejecting the filing. Come on and help us please

Line 33 is Blank. Line 35 has $1 which is what carried over from my 1099-Div. I can not proceed with filing.

Sorry for the delay.

It has been a while but I believe I didnt check a box when it gave the option of 

you have no more credits...

you have no foreign tax credits.. carryover

none of these applied.

I unchecked the box

reported the country as RIC ( in my case it was multiple)

I stated no other taxes no prior years of involvement (which is true)

and then hit done. I didnt click anymore boxes. It allowed me to finish and file taxes.
