Form 1099--B Wash Sale not coded with a W

For one small stock sale my 1099-B identifies it as a Wash Sale.
However, there is NO code "W" and amount of loss shown for Column G.
There IS a "Realized Loss" shown of $27.30, and that number is included in the Sales Date Total.
Should I enter this on my 8949 and code it "W"?
