Form 1099-B wash sale entries

<P>How do I enter a wash sale on form 1099-B when the number rounds to 0? The system doesn't allow "0" or blank responses, it keeps asking me to fix the error.</P>

How to manually report options credit spreads in turbotax where the form only shows profit or loss realized in closed contracts? Should total proceeds be the profit?

I am prompted to "Check This Entry. Schedule D: Sales Price is estimated. Sales Price: 0." It prompts me to put in sales price and when I do, it does not accept it.
