Form 1095-A TurboTax says to "contact us and we'll help you allocate your policy amounts,"

Well, how do I do that? There's no phone number, no link, and the help system just shunts me into this merry-go-round of deflection. Last year, I talked to someone and it was easy to get connected. This year is absolute support hell.
