Form 1065 Schedule K-1 has box 16 marked for a Schedule K-3 is attached. K-3 according to ET should be available by June 30.

Form 1065 Schedule K-1 has box 16 marked for a schedule k-3 is attached. According to ET information, the K-3 should be available June 30. Box 21 is blankon schedule K-1. I have no clue as to what a schedule K-3 information looks like. Since box 21 on the Schedule K-1 is blank, any suggestions about whether I can ignore the Box 16 X and file, or should I do an extension to wait for the Schedule K-3 with whatever information it can provide?
