For Schedule 1, Additional Income and Adjustments to Income - required to upgrade to TurboTax Deluxe in order to file Form 1040.

Would upgrading to TurboTax PLUS rather than TurboTax Deluxe still allow me to file Form 1040? Or is it required to upgrade to the more expensive option in order to file this form?

Unfortunately, Deluxe is what you need so that the correct forms would be filed. This is what Plus is:
