You should still be able to enter the health insurance information on your mothers tax return. The turbo tax program should ask you for the information concerning how long insurance coverage was provided. The program should account for all the uninsured time periods.

I was under the assumption that my 2023 tax s have already been filed a couple months ago. I tried to get a copy from the irs and they have no record
