Following the links (or clearing cookies) did not help to apply an "additional 20% off" discount as shown and help docs did not help. How do I get my company discount?

My company website shows we have an "additional 20% off" discount. I began my tax return following this link. I have completed my return, and at the Review Order screen, I see lowered rates from TurboTax, but no discounts are shown as referenced by the help documents. I definitely do not see any affiliate discounts reflected in the price. Last year, a TurboTax representative told me that this would have been something that could be corrected, but I asked my question after submitting my reports. This year, I am asking for the corrections before submitting them. How do I get my additional 20% off? Clearing cookies and even using a different browser has not resolved my issue. Please help.
