To clarify, are you asking how to attach a one-page document to your return to share with the IRS?

@DaveF1006 This was not about an attachment to the tax return. I wanted to attach a document to this message exchange to clarify the error that TurboTax business created in the generated K-1forms for the members of our LLC. @MelindaS1 gave me some hints how to resolve it, though I don't think that will work. At least, my first attempt yesterday failed. I will have a call with the other LLC members this afternoon and make another attempt to fix the issue tomorrow. The situation certainly is complicated because we discovered the error after filing the federal taxes, so we will need to create an amendment to fix this.
