Finished return no errors. When I look at the ded/ credit page it says update on many areas. I have updated the program and have completed those areas. What’s up?

I am sorry, we do not have access to your account here on the Community Board. Can you please clarify What error or what problem are you having after you updated your deductions and credits?

There are no errors to my knowledge.    Beside each area there is a box that says update.   Many are highlighted even though I’ve completed those area   My program is updated.   Why does it still tell me to update

There are a couple of things that you can try to get past this snag,

  • Try closing TurboTax,
  • Compete a  disk cleanup,
  • Restart your computer.  

If this doesn't work try this:

  • If you've enabled pop-up blocking in your web browser, please turn it off and try again.
  • If it's still not working, try again using a different web browser. (For example, if you're using Chrome, try using Explorer or Safari instead.)
  • If those suggestions didn't help, try going back to your first browser and delete cookies.
