"Finish and File" Stuck in a Loop After I've Already Paid for TurboTax

I'm experiencing an issue with the last steps during filing with TurboTax Online. Step 1 (Pay for Turbotax) is complete. After I complete step 2 (choose how to process your refund), I'm looped back to the beginning of step 2 again and can't move on to step 3 (file your return). 

 

This is especially problematic as I've already paid to file with Turbotax, and I need to get my returns filed right away (I need them now for proof of income to keep my family's health insurance from lapsing). I've tried logging out and back in, refreshing pages, different browsers, etc.

Will this issue be fixed soon?

Did you select the option to use your refund to pay the processing fees? If so, please click here as this is a known issue we are currently working on. You can sign up for updates on the progress of the issue.

No, I used my credit card to pay the fees and have already been charged. My problem is between step 2 (selecting the refund method) and 3 (filing), not 1 and 2. I've selected my refund method as "direct deposit" and entered my info, but then it loops back to the beginning of this step. It doesn't let me go to the last step to file. Again, I've already paid and my card has been charged in step 1, so I'm pretty stuck, having already paid Turbotax for the filing that I can't do.

Seems to be fixed today. Glad the issue didn't last for too long.
