finish and file stopping at review stage

I've checked everything over and it all looks correct but every time I try to continue through the finish and file at review your order it says that it hit a snag and to try again later, this has been happing since February.

my income is listed as X in the income total, and then Y in the review total, Im unclear why Turbo Tax increased my income from entry pages to review pages.
