Financial Insitution Connection for Imports Not Working

I can't get the financial institution import function to work for the life of me & there's no way I should have to plug it all in manually (the only reason we spend a small fortune on the software is to make life easier).


Turbo Tax Premier 2023 error: "The import was unsuccessful. Internal server error."

 

Notes:

-Not working for Any institution (same error for multiple financial institution connection attempts)
-Wifi is fully functional (even dug out an old ethernet cable to see if that fixed it)

-Turbotax windows desktop version is fully up to date

-Popup blockers in microsoft settings & browser have been completely turned off

 

I've been trying this various times over the past 2 months thinking the software would eventually fix bugs, but now we're getting close to deadline & I'm not pleased. Any suggestions?

Financial Insitution Connection for Imports Not Working

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

If you use the Brave browser, you have to turn off the Brave Shields.
