All of your W-2's were supposed to be entered on the same tax return. It seems you filed incorrectly and now you will have to amend to add those additional W-2's. You have to wait until your filed and accepted return has been fully processed. Then you can prepare a Form 1040X to amend. 1040X has to be printed, signed and mailed, It cannot be e-filed; once mailed will take about four months for the IRS to process.
The 1040X becomes available late in February, so you have to wait for it. If your return is still being processed now, it would not be a good idea to amend yet anyhow. Sending in an amended return while they are still processing your original return could cause confusion that would delay your refund for months.
