Filing taxes for son

My son is in prison, he has been for a few years. He has a work release job and sent me his W2's to file his taxes. I have an account with turbotax and have already filed my own taxes. How can I file his taxes? He doesn't have an email and it keeps telling me that I have already filed. HELP!!

You can use your email and set up an account for him with a different user ID.   or.....

Use this IRS site for other ways to file for free.  There are 8  free software versions available from the IRS Free File site

Get a free email account for him through gmail.  I did that for my son when he was ill several years ago and he still uses it.
