Filing question

I'm trying to complete my tax forms and I've entered that I want to E-file and have the fees taken from my return.  When I type my name in to confirm, the error is that I need to ensure the name is correct.  I've checked everything and my name is spelled correctly, no errors.  What do I need to do now?

E- filing problems usually fall into two categories: First, those that happen when you are trying to e-file your return during the submission process: and second, the rejections that come from the IRS or state tax agency after they have received your electronically filed return.
 

Some frequent filing mistakes that many people make, include: putting incorrect Social Security numbers or making errors spelling their names, using wrong bank routing/account numbers, and forgetting to sign the return. 

• Go to your TurboTax account. 
• You may want to go back to your profile and review and update your name information from the very beginning. 
• Delete your name completely and then enter it again, and save it.
