Hello, so I've been paying for the year of 2020 I've been paying my mom's bills because she hasn't been working due to health problems and Covid. I don't live with her so would I be able to file head of household and how would I go about doing that? I also have younger siblings that live in the house with my mother.

Maybe.....
Am I Head of Household?

If you qualify as Head of Household, when you enter your filing status (single or married filing separately) into MyInfo, and then enter your qualifying dependent, TurboTax will offer HOH as your filing status.
IRS interview to help determine who can be claimed:

No. You can't file as head of household.
You may be able to claim your parent and your siblings as "qualifying relative" dependents, depending on several tests. The rules are described in IRS publication 501 and there is an IRS web app that you can use, as mentioned above. (It's too complicated to describe all the scenarios without more information from you.)
But, even if you can claim them as dependents, they won't be qualifying persons to allow you to file as HOH unless they lived in your home more than half the year. To file as HOH, you must be unmarried, you must pay more than half the cost of maintaining your home where you live, and you must provide care in your home for one or more qualifying persons.
