Filing for first time - E-file gets rejected because of AGI

I am attempting to file taxes for a relative. It is his first time filing taxes. At this time I am only trying to file his federal return. It keeps getting rejected because of the AGI. Because this is his first time filing, he has no 2019 form to look at to get a 2019. Turbo Tax indicated a default AGI would be entered. No luck. I tried entering '0', no luck. What do we do?
