Filing an amendment and I owe tax on both Federal and State

Hello,

I filed my returns early April 2021. Later on, I realized that I missed one of the Dividend incomes. So, I amended the returns this week and I owed some money to both Federal and State goverment. Turbo tax allowed me to e-file my amendment for Federal. However, I see no way to submit my amended returns for State (California). Can someone let me know how do I submit the amended returns for the State of California from Turbo tax?

CA is not on the list. See Can I e-file my amended state return? An amended return should not be filed until the original is settled for paperwork and money.

YES CA IS on the list !!! sooo why cant we efile our CA amended returns with Turbo Tax ?
