The IRS said that they deposited $5,793.00 dollars into an account number [phone number removed]7904 at Green Dot bank and l only got $1,028.00 dollars back on my return. Can you please tell me why

Could that be for a state refund?  Federal and state come separately at different times.

No Tennessee do not have a state income tax

If the bank sent less than expected you should get a letter of explanation in the mail ...
