Filed my & my parents' taxes the last few years... usually get refund, but last year I had to pay $8K & they had to pay $4K. With full srvc, will they review 2023 & 2024?

Everything lined up to prior year's #s. Curious if Live Assisted or Full Service will review last year's for me, and guide with this year's as well? Same price? Also, had filed extension for parents, filed end of September, received email confirmation that Fed and State were both accepted. But, parents received letter in the mail that they owed over $1000...and looked like they were saying they didn't file?? I also received email from TurboTax saying I needed to file (for them). Need someone to assist in reviewing and hopefully clearing all this up. Taxes were done here in Turbotax last cpl years or more.
