No one in this forum can see your account or your tax return.  We do not know if you used the Free Edition or if you upgraded to a paid version.  It sounds very much as if you upgraded to a paid version and then chose to pay your fees by having them deducted from your federal refund.  Are you still waiting for the federal refund?  Is the IRS taking an unusually long time to process your federal refund?

TURBOTAX TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY  ACCOUNT

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?  Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive?  Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account.  TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.

What is Refund Processing Service?

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

Who took it out?  Was is the description on the charge?  Maybe it was for a tax due?

Just says Intuit Turbo Tax -$257.00, I owed IRS, but already knew that when I paid. I barely have employment, I only had $30 in my bank account. I'm pretty much screwed for the time being.

Do you mean you owed back taxes to the IRS or do you mean you had federal tax due for 2023?   If you owed back taxes to the IRS, then the IRS could take your 2023 refund to pay the amount owed from a past year.   If you had federal tax due for 2023 then it would have been impossible to use "refund processing" -- so we do not know.   Contact customer support to get an explanation.
