I need to file my 2021 tax return. I clicked a link on the Intuit website that says "Miss the deadline? It's not too late to file your 2021 taxes." I ordered TurboTax premier and downloaded it, and it turns out I've gotten the 2022 version. Is there a way to get the 2021 version? And, is there any chance I can get my money back for 2022? The website is extremely misleading, it looked like I was ordering 2021.

Not sure as far as refund or purchasing direct on the Intuit site. I usually order my TT from Amazon. If you shop there you can search on "turbo tax 2021" and it will offer the earlier version. It will display something like "[Old Version] Intuit TurboTax Premier 2021, Federal and State Tax Return [PC Download]".
To file a prior year return, you can purchase the software at the link here.
We are unable to issue refunds on this public forum. So we can take a closer look at your specific situation, please reach out to us directly using the Help Article here. This ensures you will get to the correct department as quickly as possible.
