Out of the blue, Mint now says all accounts linked via Fidelity Net Benefits are 'inactive'; in Settings, changing them to 'Active' doesn't save. Please advise fix.

After chatting with Mint support, they suggested keeping the old inactive and readding with "nb.fidelity" in the account search field, which is working for me.
I set my normal Fidelity accounts to 'inactive' and then re-added them under nb.fidelity.
Only one out of 4 accounts populated and the other 3 haven't refreshed in the last few days.
I have this same problem.
I’ve tried that and only some of the fidelity accounts come back. I’m redirected to Fidelity, and select 5 accounts to sync, but only 3 of the 5 accounts will appear in Mint. What else can I do. Tried removing and re-adding, but get the same result each time? What am I missing? Ty
Same issue for me. Not sure if it is Fidelity or Mint that's having the issue.
