My tax form states that I am due $1494 

Federal Tax refund, but the final filing form states I am not due a refund.

What line on the Form 1040 are you looking at?

If you have a tax refund that is shown on the Form 1040 Line 34

If you have taxes owed that is shown on the Form 1040 Line 37

The refund amount of $1494 is on Turbo tax screen stating, “You’re almost ready to file”. On the tax form it’s line 34.

So what form is stating you are not receiving a tax refund?
