Federal refund is not changing when applying deductions it is staying the same no matter what I do, this is the third year I filed and haven't had this problem.

Everything on your end might be the same as the last two years, but there are major changes to the tax law and the tax forms this year. It doesn't necessarily work the same way it did for the past two years.

Here’s an example I started my taxes on credit karma just to see and what do you know it works like it should positive refund and adjusted to inputted data. So yeah if you guys just listened to me and understand it’s a software issue not an operator.
