federal and state returnds for a family member with Deluxe?

I downloaded TT Deluxe and have sent my federal and state returns off.

Now, can I start a new federal return for a family member and do their state return too?  I know that I will need to pay for filing the state return and that's ok.  If this is possible, how do I start a new federal return?

Click on the File menu at the top left of the desktop program screen.  Click on New Tax Return
