I am getting a failed validation message when I attempt to submit only federal taxes using 2023 Premier. It says there is an update but when I check it indicates that all updates have been made. When I called customer service they indicated that I need to ask Amazon for a new download to replace what I purchased from them.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax. You can also try a different browser.

Yes, we have done all of those things numerous times and still can't transmit federal taxes. My spouse works in IT and has done everything that's been recommended to do.
