FAILED_VALIDATION Error in TurboTax Premier Desktop App
I am encountering a critical issue with the TurboTax Premier Desktop app for Windows. At the final step of filing my taxes, when I click "Transmit Returns Now," I receive a FAILED_VALIDATION error that advises me to update the software. However, when I attempt to update the app, it says, "Your software is up to date." I have tried the following steps multiple times without success: Restarted the app. Checked for updates (no updates available). Restarted my computer. Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I also attempted to contact Customer Support, but the representative was unfamiliar with the difference between the online and desktop versions of TurboTax and provided irrelevant advice (e.g., clearing cookies). This experience has been extremely frustrating, can't image what I would do if I am close to the tax filing deadline. I would like to formally express my disappointment with the lack of proper support and quality assurance for such a critical product. Please advise on how to resolve this issue so I can complete my filing.

Finally finished filing. I hope AI will take all programmers, qa and cs jobs asap. Anyway they don't work. The way to fix it was to uninstall the app and install it again.
