Expert unassigned

Hi, I am on Expert Full Service TurboTax online version. My taxes were previously assigned to someone but they couldn't help answer my questions and told me that it would be re-directed to level 4.

 

However it is still unassigned for more than 12 hours and I don't see an option to do a live support chat or help. It just says "An expert will meet you in a few minutes" with no options for me to schedule a call or do anything. Please help.

No one in this forum can help with that.  We have no involvement in assigning or connecting users with the "experts" for Live Assist or Full Service.

I tried calling support multiple times but it just takes me to the automated service and says to use "Help" in the online application, no matter which option I select.

Under "Help" I don't see any way to have a support chat, only frequently asked questions.
