Does anyone have trouble purchasing state turbo tax as I have every year?
I call the customer service dept every year and they even don't know what is wrong.
I belive this turbo tax sandbox problem or whatever in tech issue.
Also the customer servie call is not answer or disconnect at lease 3 times every time I am trying to call them.

I have the same problem. Every year I try to purchase the state efile and get the message there is a problem with my credit card or address. Tried 3 different cards, none worked. I've called customer support and got the same answer. "They don't know why it isn't working." They tried to put it through manually with no luck. They just don't want you to use the desktop version.
