Every time I try to edit my vehicle expenses in the self employment section I get a message saying "We hit a snag" and it takes me back to the beginning. Help!

I just can't access the vehicle expenses category under the self employment income section. When I try I get the following message "Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section. Let's get you back to your taxes. Make sure your Internet is connected, and then select Try again or check back in a few minutes."

Clicking Try Again just brings me back to the income section. I've tried navigating to the vehicle section again many times, same result. My internet is fine. I've tried 3 browsers and two different computers at different locations. I don't think the problem is on my end. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Are there any solutions?

I did try to call but the quality of the call was terrible and the agent disconnected. No called me back. My issue remains unresolved. I guess I'll have to use a different tax service this year.
