The IRS changed my status from head to single .now it's back to head of household what does this mean I also verified and I have till May 6 to get a refund or letter?

The 9 weeks is up on may 6 and they just changed it back to head of household today .. and I haven't received a letter from the IRS .. no bars on wmr .. help

Was that when you looked it up on IRS Where's my refund?  That probably doesn't mean anything or that they changed it.  Some Head of Household people had to use Single to look up the IRS refund.  We don't know why.

Every since I verified I was checking it with the filing status single .but today I checked it and it wouldn't let me check with single so I put head of household and it let me check it ... They said I had till May 6 to get a refund or a letter ... That's in 6 days and I haven't received a notice or letter it just still says processing

Sorry, but only the IRS can tell you what's going on. They do not notify TT.
