Running into the exact same issue today. Two 1099s show when I login to E*Trade but only one successfully imports into TurboTax. Tried different browsers, etc. to no avail.
For guidance, see the TurboTax Help article How do I re-import my E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley Form 1099-B in TurboTax?.
@JohnW152 thanks - I have tried this a few times but it does not appear to work for me -
When I login to E*Trade, I have two 1099s available to me:
Then, in TurboTax when I sign in to E*Trade to import the data, these are my results:
This information is only for ONE of the two 1099s in my E*Trade, and I have no further option to import the 2nd 1099. i.e. I should have a second 1099-DIV, etc.
FWIW, I spoke with E*Trade customer service today; this was acknowledged as a known issue (post-merger 1099s not showing up for import in TurboTax despite being available from E*Trade) that has been receiving attention. The ETA for a fix was given as 3/8 (end of this week) -- will see if that holds...

FWIW, my results can be viewed in the screenshots below. Whatever the issue, it is clearly not affecting all clients who are importing statements into TurboTax. However, note that I imported the statements with a test copy of TurboTax Home & Business (i.e., not an online version of TurboTax).
