Rumor has it that Etrade has ack'd the problem and working on a solution. Sure hope they send an email correspondence out to 1099 recipients soon informing them of the problem and timing of a fix.
Yes, we are aware that some of our customers are having an issue with 1099-B's incorrectly importing with adjustment code N instead of adjustment code W.
