Estimated tax voucher

This is the first time I received 2022 estimated tax voucher from TurboTax. They showed up on the front page of my tax return.

Is the estimated tax voucher filed with my 2021 tax return?

I am thinking of increasing withholding from my company's end, to avoid underpayment. Do I still need to make estimated tax payment for 2022?

you can increase withholding to avoid having to file estimates.

or you can register at IRS website and make estimated tax payments electronically - the estimatevouchers are not used

Those 1040ES vouchers are optional -- you are not required to use them.   If you expect to owe at least $1000 at tax time next year using them can help you avoid an underpayment penalty.
