I have sold my stock account of Varian Medical System,Inc. in 2020 year. Sell has been done by my broker UBS. I have got 1099-B form from UBS. I do not work with Varian Medical Systems more than 5 years, but I have got W2 from Varian Medical Systems. W2 is empty except Box14. In this box listed ESPPQD with the value of $6188.20. After investigation I was told that this value is my savings, because Varian sold ESPP with 15% discount. I don't know if I have to enter this W2 in Turbo Tax. I have tried but got rejected, because the value in Box1 of W2 equal 0. Please tell me if I has to enter the value in Box14 of W2 and if I need to do so, how to enter it.

No, you don't need to enter the W-2 with only Box 14 info regarding your ESPP. Keep it for your records.
You are correct that this is your employee discount on the stock price, which is considered ordinary income and was added to your W-2 Box 1 wages on a prior W-2. The Box 14 is info that the employer is sending you for your information.
However, if you sold your ESPP stock and received a 1099-B for the sale, you should correct your Cost Basis when entering your 1099-B to reflect the amount shown in Box 14 of your W-2.
Your 1099-B may show $0 as a Cost Basis, since the broker didn't know your Cost Basis as an employee, or it may show an incorrect amount.

Thanks!
I have followed the advice.
Hope IRS will accept it.
