Error Message for W2 form entry

Have 2023 TT data transferred to 2024 Premier TT. Get error message when trying to update the W2 information. I cannot add the W2 data anyway I try. The error message (red box) continues to show. I can update other income, but not the W2 data.

If the [red box] is in the 2024 entry field. try to update it.  If this does not work, you should delete the record.

To clear a W-2 Manually

1. Under Federal
2. Click Wages & Income a menu will appear.
3. Select Job (W-2) [Add/Edit]
4. If  the W-2 that has the problem is listed - you can click the down arrow
5. [Review]
6. Try to update it
7. If you're not successful
8. Go [Back]
9. When the initial screen comes up
10. The W-2 in question will show up
11. Select [Delete]
12. Re-Enter the record.
