Error 119 Unable to create return

Hi there. I started my 2024 taxes on my old PC laptop computer (which had Windows 10 Pro) and I saved the TurboTax files to my OneDrive account. I recently bought a new PC with Windows Pro 11 and I installed TurboTax 2024 on my new laptop, but when I attempt to open the original TurboTax file, I get the error message Error 119 Unable to create return message. I've tried installing the same State return, but I still get the same error message.

I do not want to restart my tax return. Is there anything I can do?
