Entering estimated tax payment made in Jan 2023

Hello,

I made an extra tax payment before 1/15/24 for 2023.  Where do you enter in TT Deluxe?  I only see a section that states extension payments.  This was not a payment with an extension to file, only an extra payment.

Enter it as an estimated payment.  

To enter Federal or State Estimated Taxes Paid, including a state estimated payment made in January for the prior year, go to

Federal on left or at top (Personal for Home & Business)

Deductions and Credits at top

Then scroll way down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

Estimated Taxes - click the start button

Thank you for the speedy and accurate reply.  While waiting for a reply, I went to tax payments worksheet in "forms" and entered on line 5 under Federal with the date paid.  I see it populated the return and also appears in the section you pointed me to.
