Please follow the steps below to delete the 2nd 1095-A in TurboTax Online:

Sign into your Online account.

Click the orange button that says "Take me to my return".

Go to Federal Taxes at the top.

Then go to Health Insurance.

Continue through the Health Interview section until you see "Here's what we have for your 1095-A's".

Next click on the trash can icon next to the duplicate 1095-A to delete it.
