Employer Name on W2 doesn’t match what EIN brings up

I inputted the EIN and the employer name that it brought up did not match what is on my W2. Does this matter?

Yes. Change the name to what is on your W-2. Once you type in the EIN, you will see the screen below to say that it is incorrect.
