Efiling failure

I have gone through all the steps to efile, but when I get to 'transmit,' although it says everything is verified, when it gets to the 'transmitting' stage, after the 'gear' turns, it says 'cancelled.' Is this a temporary software glitch? I really would prefer to efile than paper file. Lawrence (last name removed)
