Efile repeatedly rejected for wrong AGI code - IND031-04

My E-file is repeatedly rejected for wrong AGI code - IND031-04. I'm married filing jointly, but Turbotax asks for both our individual AGIs from 2020. Why? We filed jointly last year also.  I entered the amount from line 11 on both. is that why I'm getting rejected? If so, what should I enter?

Try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file again.

It worked! SMDH! Thanks!

On one or both my husband and my  AGI since we are filing jointly?

Should I just leave it blank?

I ended up just paper filing last year for the same reason. I have never had this problem before and have been using Turbotax for years. If I can't get this to work I doubt that I will be using it anymore.

I read another commit on Facebook that they called IRS and were told never to use zero AGI.

If you printed and mailed your return and it was not processed by December 10, 2021, then enter “0” for your 2020 AGI.

How do I fix e-file reject IND-031-04 or IND-032-04?

I have had the same problem.  I put in 0 and it worked. Does not make any sense to me.
