efile problem cannot pay state tax bill by credit card then e-file

"Guest Option" doesn't work for me either.  The software has a major flaw.  TurboTax should allow their customers to e-file their state return by deducting the fee from their refund without a $40 surcharge until the issue is solved.

Just an FYI, I ended up just printing my State out and mailing it.  It's been a while for that but at least I didn't have to pay the fee!

Does not recognize your billing address.

Please remove your street name and house number, as well as the city and replace them with 123 Main St.

Please leave the Zip code and state.

I have a similar problem. I chose efile. I went to screen where I pay the $20 state efile fee. I chose pay by credit card. It took me to a Billing Address screen. I entered info, but there was no way to continue or click enter. There were tabs at the top for enter payment info, but it was grayed out. I could not get past thus screen. I finally x-d out. The screen told me my payment didn't go thru. Duh!

If you're using TurboTax Online, try closing the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, and return to the FILE section to see if you can enter your payment for Efile.

There is a known issue about the program looping back to Finish & File after Step 2 that may be affecting you.
